The Delford is a four-bedroom house in a quiet part of North Cape May, three houses up from the Delaware Bay. It was new for the 2025 season. Mornings start in the Adirondack chairs on the front deck, with the water in front of you. The day ends in a fully fenced backyard: a heated in-ground pool, a table, and a grill.
Inside, the kitchen is open, with an island and a full set of pots, dishes, and a Keurig. The living room and dining room look toward the bay. There is a second living space, a desk, and a stacked washer and dryer. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths. Linens, beach towels, and baby gear are here. Central air, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor shower. Cape May and the Wildwoods are about a fifteen-minute drive. The pool is open from April 25 to October 25.
